A gentle yet hands on form of energy work that helps manipulate the Sacrum, Spine, and Cranium, along with the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. This treatment is ideal for those who have migraines, stress induced pain, back and neck pain, TMJ, or those who are looking to meditate and look within. Although not a massage, Shannon does incorporate a portion of light massage at the end of your service to ground you and help you go about your day with a peaceful and refreshed mindset. (45 or 60 min)
