This massage is Swedish based with a primary focus of relaxation. Shannon uses a range of gentle techniques and modalities to make this appointment calming as well as effective. This Massage is the hybrid of our deepest body work mixed with deep energy work to create a balanced experience. Shannon was trained in Deep Massage-The Lauterstein Method by David Lauterstein in Costa Rica. This method has roots in the traditions of Rolfing, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral therapy, and other forms of energy work. This Massage is done with minimal oil to allow Shannon to fully sink into your body’s tissue all while soothing the nervous system. (60 or 90 min).

Sore muscles? Our Arnica Gel contains not only the natural botanicals of Arnica, but Boswellia and Devil’s Claw combined with essential oils of Eucalyptus, Balsam Peru and Wintergreen. This mix creates a gel that soothes inflammation, decreases stiffness, and helps assist sore muscles and joints for a speedy recovery. This Massage has a blend of Deep Tissue and Swedish techniques to create a blend to ensure an effective and unique treatment.  (60 or 90 min)
